These terms apply to the Sleep Loop iOS app and this website. By downloading or using Sleep Loop you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Sleep Loop provides audio soundscapes and related features to help you wind down and sleep. Some features require a paid subscription; free features may change over time.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Apple bills purchases to your Apple ID through the App Store.
• Subscriptions renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
• Apple handles refunds under App Store policies.

Acceptable use

Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't copy, extract, redistribute, or resell the audio content, artwork, or any other part of the app, and don't reverse engineer it except where the law permits.

Intellectual property

Sleep Loop or its licensors own the app, its soundscapes, artwork, name, and logo. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use them within the app.

Not medical advice

Sleep Loop is a wellness product, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat sleep disorders or any other condition. If you have concerns about your sleep, talk to a health professional.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sleep Loop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. If changes are material we'll flag them in the app. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
